Payable at the closing table, no fees upfront! There will be a fee to the selling office that is negotiable with it never going higher than 3%. 

THE MORE YOUR HOME SELLS FOR- THE MORE $$ YOU SAVE!

 

$50,000 or lower will be 6%

$50,001 to $75,000      Listing fee $1000

$75,001 to $100,000     Listing Fee $2000

$100,001 to $250,000   Listing Fee $2500

$250,001 to 1 Million    Listing Fee $2500 + $7500 to selling office

$10,000 is the total maximum charge a homeowner will ever pay. In the event a home is over 1 million the homeowner and BHB would negotiate strategies and pricing.
